Description

Shiatsu is a Japanese “finger pressure massage” that is based on the
holistic system of traditional Chinese medicine, where illness is thought
to result from imbalances in the natural flow of energy, or qi through the
body.

We chose this name not only because HIGIA, in ancient Greek Υγιεία or

and cleansing and later also of the moon.

From his name comes the word "hygiene". His equivalent in Roman
mythology was Salus.
