All our short and special programs' rates are per person and they include lodging, 3 complete meals and treatments.

Please read the following booking conditions carefully as the person making the booking is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these conditions on behalf of all the people in the booking.

Accommodations

All our programs are offered on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise stated.
For single occupancy, an additional 50% of the acommodation rates apply.
Maximum occupancy per room is two (2) adults.
Each spacious guest room opens out onto a balcony with views of the surrounding vegetation, mountains and volcanoes.
Most rooms have two twin-size beds.

Meals

Meals are served buffet-style and à la carte in the open-air dining pavilion surrounded by views of sugar cane and coffee plantations, volcanoes, and the soothing sound of the rivers.  Delicious vegetarian and non vegetarian meals are available.

Internet Access

Asclepios has free broadband Internet access.  Two computers are available for public use at Ondine Terrace

Mobiles

Cell phones from anywhere outside of Costa Rica even those with an international chip will not work in Costa Rica unless you have an international roaming agreement that includes Costa Rica, with your service provider.

Arrival/Departure Information

Check-in at Asclepios is at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is at noon.
For early morning departures, please check out the previous night.

Deposit

For reservation of a week program, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged 21 days prior to guest (s) arrival. For reservation of one or more nights lodgings or a short program 4 nights or less, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged 15 days prior to guest (s) arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A full refund, less a US$100 processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made on or before the close of business, 21 days before each week program. No refund will be offered for cancellations made with less than 21 days notice, or if guest (s) does/do not show up, or if they/he/she leave (s) a program early.

A full refund, less a US$50 processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made 15 days before one or more nights lodging or short program 4 nights or less. No refund will be offered for cancellations made with less than 15 days notice or if guest (s) does/do not show up, or if they/he/she leave(s) a program early.

Responsibility

Asclepios reserves the right to cancel any program at any time; if Asclepios cancels a program, you will receive a full refund for tuition and accommodations.
Please note that Asclepios reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any booking made for a customer.  Asclepios also has the right to decline acceptance or to retain any customer if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others at the Wellness Resort Properties.  We do NOT accept responsibility whatsoever for the actions of third party suppliers of services.  Any hotel, transportation and/or service arrangements made directly by the traveller are done so at their own risk.  The customer accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of God, which are not preventable by reasonable diligence.  Please ask your reservation agent for any and all clarifications regarding this policy.

Travel Insurance:

We recommend you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans.  This insurance will give you peace of mind and protect your investment against unforeseen professional and private circumstances that might arise.
