Our Programs run from monday through sunday, every week of the year. The minimum stay for any of our programs is one week, but we recommend three weeks for the entire program.
Arrangements can be made with our Program Counselors for long week-end stays when possible.
If it’s true that you are what you eat, we are all in dire danger of becoming something compact, microwaveable, doused in chemicals and encased in cellophane. Somehow our eating habits have declined, leading to a loss of energy and feelings of fatigue. What to do?
The answer is a “detox cleanse”. You will love the energy the eating program will give you, and you will also lose several pounds.
Our body, mostly our liver, works overtime to rid itself of unnecessary substances we put through it daily, including pesticides and growth hormones in our food, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine and hard-to-digest substances like dairy products. Eating only organic produce and limiting the amount of chemicals we put into the body allows the liver and body to “cleanse” themselves of the impurities we ingest. By cooking all our meals from the freshest, most nutritious ingredients, we revive our bodies and also help eliminate the cravings for things we all know are bad, like overly refined white flour and white sugar.
This program incorporates a light diet with vegetable juices, which effectively rests the digestion, alkalizes the system and allows the kidneys and liver to begin to remove toxins.
The lifestyle therapies include acupuncture, fitness and movement therapy sessions as well as yoga. Also, you will learn the ancient Tibetan rites of rejuvenation for strength and balance.
We will also share with you our natural lifestyle kitchen with food preparation sessions.
