Spa Day Policies
Every day of the week from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The last appointment will be at 6:00 pm for any one hour treatment.
It is recommended that you make your appointment in advance. We would appreciate it if you arrive at the Spa 10 minutes before the appointment time. Late arrivals will have their treatment time shortened due to other appointments.
When making an appointment, we ask that you inform our staff if you have any of the following conditions: High blood pressure, allergies, heart problems, disabilities or physical pain, or if you are pregnant.
We also recommend that you do not consume alcohol, before or immediately after your treatment.
Clothing
The appropriate clothing will be provided by the Spa during your visit. Bring only beach sandals and a bathing suit to use the hydrotherapy rooms.
Personal effects:
The Management is not responsible for any damage or loss that your personal effects brought to the Spa may suffer.
Cell phones:
For the comfort of all our guests, you will be asked to turn off your cell phone during your visit to Asclepios. You can store your personal effects in the lockers of our dressing rooms
Cancellation policy
A charge of 50% of its value will be applied to all treatments that are canceled less than 3 hours before the appointment.
No assistence
You will be charged the full value of the treatment.
Female or male therapist
We have therapists of both genders, however you must request your preference in advance to ensure availability.
Late for my treatments
If you are late for your appointment, you must agree to agree to take only the remaining time of your service.
Depending on the length of your treatment, a late arrival could be considered an absence.
